Dr. Tim Ursiny, founder of Advantage Coaching & Training Inc., is a speaker and certified business coach specializing in helping individuals reach peak performance and life satisfaction. His areas of expertise include communication skills, team building, navigating change, coaching skills, attitude, and the overall quality and balance in one’s life.
He received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and his doctorate in psychology from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
He has authored or coauthored thirteen books on the topics of coaching, conflict resolution, and confidence in the workplace. His book, “The Coward’s Guide to Conflict” is in its fourth printing and has been translated into six foreign languages. Other books include “The Confidence Plan: How to Build a Stronger You”, “Coaching the Sale” and The Top Performer’s Guide series including “The Top Performer’s Guide to Conflict”, “The Top Performer’s Guide to Change”, “The Top Performer’s Guide to Speeches and Presentations” and “The Top Performer’s Guide to Attitude”. His latest book, “Soft Souls Living in a Harsh World,” has just been released.

Antoinette is a 20-year veteran of executive coaching, providing programs for Financial Services and Healthcare environments. She is the co-developer of the Corporate Coach Program (CCP) which is trained and recognized internationally. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations reach peak performance and brings significant expertise in the areas of coaching skills, launching and sustaining new programs, communication skills, team building and dealing with change. She is the lead trainer for the CCP in Healthcare. Antoinette has been a founding member of multiple organizations including the International Stillbirth Alliance, CommunityHealth IT, Bridge Communications and the Healthy Living and Learning Center sponsored by the National Library of Medicine. Zach Ursiny, CCC® (Certified Corporate Coach) brings a unique approach and thought pattern to his coaching process. After being a financial advisor, Zach realized that he found the most fulfillment in helping others be successful in running their businesses and in life. He joined Advantage Coaching & Training in order to focus on this mission of positive impact. Zach’s coaching process creates an environment that fosters vulnerability, creativity, and challenge, while making immediate and lasting change for his clients. Using real life experiences and stories he focuses his coaching on personal/team development, new advisor growth, and practice management.
Zach attended Wheaton College for his undergrad where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He andhis wife, Alissa, live in downtown Chicago where they enjoy exploring the city and finding the next hot restaurant. In his spare time you can find Zach playing tennis or following all things Chicago sports.

Kristen’s approach to coaching and training is based on her strong psychological foundation. She partners with her clients to help them overcome blocks to success and create meaningful changes to their professional and personal lives through the use of practical, psychologically-based tools.
Kristen’s areas of expertise include navigating change, communication skills, work/life balance, team building, developing healthy coping skills, and overcoming obstacles to success. Kristen’s coaching process creates a relationship founded on vulnerability, direct communication, and goal setting to produce meaningful results.
Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Taylor University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. Kristen resides in the city of Chicago. Her hobbies include traveling and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
Jim has spent more than 30 years in the retail brokerage industry in leadership development and coaching. He is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and an adjunct to many fine firms specializing in leadership development. Jim’s last corporate position was with Morgan Stanley in Talent Management and Leadership Development. While there, he helped build the Management Assessment Center for Managers and provided advanced training for field management and executive education for high potentials in the field and the home office.
Jim started his career as a training professional within the retail brokerage industry in the early ’80s with Merrill Lynch and in the 30+ years since he has held senior level training and development positions with Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley), PaineWebber (now UBS) and Prudential/Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Advisors). He was also the Regional Business Manager for the Northeast Region of Prudential Securities just before and after the merger with Wachovia. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Jim worked for a consulting firm called TalentQuest where he was the Managing Director of the Northeast Region.
Jim has been married to his spouse Beverly since 1972 and they have two daughters, both of whom live and work in the New York metropolitan area. Jim attended St. John’s University undergrad and also has an MBA from Fordham University. Jim is also an Artist specializing in home portraits and landscape scenes. Jim and Beverly make their home in Rockland County, NY in the Hudson Valley, as well as Sarasota, FL near Siesta Key. They have 3 grandchildren.
Greg seeks to bring the message of more effective communication directly to select professionals seeking better and more productive relationships with clients, peers, and associates. He has particularly focused on developing disciplined practices aimed at enabling professionals and organizations to connect with clients in a meaningful way.
