Advantage Coaching & Training offers an online 360 Feedback Report. Our report concentrates on delivering the right amount of information in a clear, concise fashion.
The report:

- Lays out the right amount of information in ways that readers can quickly get at what’s important.
- Displays results both numerically and graphically, side by side, to engage both left and right brained readers.

- Personal Characteristics
- Communication and Conflict Management Skills
- Specific Coaching Skills
- General Top Performer Attributes and Skills
Readers will get insights into their greatest strengths, development opportunities, hidden strengths and blind spots. They will also receive rater comments on perceived strengths and key developmental needs.
The process is easy – the client provides the subject’s name and email, and a list of raters with email addresses, and we take it from there. Each subject and rater is sent an email with a protected log in to access the survey. Advantage Coaching & Training uses a third party 360 processing partner, so the client can be assured that their feedback remains anonymous and confidential. All data from each rater’s survey is submitted directly to our third party servers and aggregated so that all answers are protected. Our third party service then produces the finished report, which can be then emailed to the client per their specifications.
This report is $600 with an additional $450 for a maximum of 1.5 hours of coach interpretation ($1000 if Dr. Tim Ursiny provides interpretation). Client can purchase the report alone with no interpretation if they choose. Please DO NOT purchase this product on our website.
